TO LESSEN THE STRAIN ON POSTAL SERVICES AND TO SAVE YOU ANY UNNECESSARY TRIPS TO THE POST OFFICE, WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR RETURNS PERIOD TO 60 DAYS TO GIVE YOU MORE TIME TO SEND ORDERS BACK.

Orders can only be delivered to residential or commercial addresses, orders cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
Please note shipping costs are per order not per item. When placing an order, you must select the appropriate shipping destination.
Orders with the incorrect shipping destination shall be cancelled.
With all LULUROX jewellery lovingly made-by-hand to order, please allow a possible 3 – 5 business days from the date you place your order until the dispatch date.
You shall receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch, from there please expect the following timeline to receive your order:
Many of the materials used in making LULUROX jewellery are sourced from around the globe. Due to this, from time to time delays on orders may occur. If this shall affect your order in any way, we shall notify you via email or by telephone immediately. From then we shall discuss with you the possible delivery date or an alternative solution.
Exceptions are accounted for during National holidays where your order shall be shipped at the earliest possible date.
LULUROX does not accept responsibility for delays to your order due to postal strikes or any other occurrence that may delay your order once it has been accepted by the Finnish Postal service. Nor can LULUROX be held responsible for the loss or damage to any packages.
All orders within Europe are sent via Priority Mail by Finnish post. International orders, outside Europe are send via Tracked shipping. You shall receive an email with your personal tracking code and can check your delivery status online.
If you would like to have Recorded Delivery postage service, please contact us before placing your order.
All non-EU countries are responsible for any charges that may occur due to Customs & Taxes.
If you are located outside the EU, please allow extra time to receive your delivery as delays with Customs may occur.
If you require your order for a special occasion please contact us prior to placing your order. From there we can arrange with you the earliest possible dispatch date to ensure this meets your requirements.
Please do get in touch if a piece of jewellery you are interested in is showing an out of stock status. From there we can discuss with you future possible delivery dates or alternative options.
Shipping to an alternative address when ordering item(s) for a gift is possible. At checkout first fill out your address for the order and then below select SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS and proceed with adding the recipients details you wish to deliver to.
LULUROX shall not be accountable for any incorrect delivery information we receive from you.
Please note: if your order contains multiple gifts and you wish for them to be sent to separate addresses then you need to make individual orders for these items.
Each order comes gift wrapped free of charge and a personal message can be added upon request. Please type your message in the ORDER NOTES section at CHECKOUT. Your message shall be handwritten and enclosed with your purchase which shall include a gift receipt rather than an invoice.
Wherever possible, we use eco friendly packaging and reuse packaging to store our materials in to keep waste to a minimal. We are currently in the process of switching all of our packaging to eco friendly.
Orders are currently shipped in padded envelops to help keep jewellery protected during transit, we purchase these with a company that uses paper from responsible sources.
